Sprint Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 25 617 292 869, "Sprint Digital", "we", "us", "our") is based in Queensland, Australia, and respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through Frank (frank-helps.com and app.frank-helps.com), how we use, store, and protect it, and how you can access or correct it. We handle your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

By using Frank, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Frank, we may collect:

  • Contact and account details, such as your name, email address, phone number, and password;
  • Project information, such as documents, contracts, quotes, photos, site inspection reports, and notes you upload or create within Frank;
  • Communications, such as messages you send through Frank, contact form submissions, and support enquiries;
  • Billing information, such as your subscription plan and payment details (your payment details are processed securely by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers ourselves);
  • Usage information, such as how you interact with the Service, device and browser details, and log data.

2. How We Collect Your Information

We collect information directly from you when you create an account, use Frank, upload documents or photos, contact us, or fill out a form on our website. We may also collect some information automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate Frank, including running your documents, photos, and questions through Frank's AI systems to give you analysis, summaries, and answers;
  • Manage your account and subscription, including billing and customer support;
  • Communicate with you about the Service, respond to your enquiries, and, where you've agreed, send you updates about Frank;
  • Maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the Service;
  • Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. AI Processing of Your Information

When you upload documents or photos, or ask Frank a question, that material is processed by AI systems to generate the analysis, summaries, and answers you see in the Service. We don't use your project content to train models for other customers. Our infrastructure, and the data associated with your account, is hosted and stored in Australia, and we take reasonable steps to make sure any provider involved in processing your information handles it securely and only for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Where Your Information is Stored

Your information, including the documents, photos, and other content you upload, is hosted on servers located in Australia. We don't store or process your personal information overseas.

6. Disclosure of Your Information

We don't sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers who help us run Frank, such as hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, and customer support tools, who are only permitted to use your information to provide those services to us;
  • Professional advisers, such as our accountants, auditors, or lawyers, where reasonably required;
  • Authorities or regulators, where we're required or authorised to do so by law.

Where you choose to contact a trade or other third party through Frank, the information you decide to send them is shared directly between you and them. We aren't responsible for how they handle it.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to help it function and to understand how visitors use the site, for example through basic analytics. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, although some parts of the Service may not work as well as a result.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. This includes restricting access to personal information to people who need it to provide the Service, and using secure, Australian-based hosting infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or for as long as we need it to provide the Service, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you close your account, we'll delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, unless we're required to retain it for longer, for example for tax or record-keeping purposes.

10. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can access and update most of your account information directly within Frank. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details in Section 14. We'll respond to your request within a reasonable time, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

11. Children's Privacy

Frank is intended for adults aged 18 and over, and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Overseas Disclosure

We do not disclose, store, or process your personal information outside Australia.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. We'll post the updated policy on this page with a new "last updated" date, and where a change is material, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
